As a 2006 graduate of the Master in Public Health (MPH) program at San Francisco State University (SFSU), I have gained extensive experience in community health education. This electronic portfolio highlights my academic work, as well as my professional and community endeavors. Through traditional coursework to applied practice, I have been challenged intellectually and personally in the MPH program. Intellectually, I have become proficient in public health competencies including community assessment, program planning, and evaluation. On a personal level, the communities I have served taught me about their perseverance and dedication for health and human rights. These intellectual and personal lessons combined fuel me with expertise and passion to benefit the struggle for social justice and public health. Welcome to my site! |
